People always tell me not to judge a book by its cover, but it’s always so hard to live according to that advice. With the exception of books by famous authors, I firmly believe that a book is only as good as its cover. If the cover is terrible, the book must be terrible too. I mean, if you can’t design a good cover, there’s nothing wrong with just writing the title of the book on the cover and leaving it just like that. Plain covers are good covers.

Anyway, if you feel the same way I do, then you’ll have a bit of fun with Judgeby.com, a website where you get to guess the Amazon.com rating of a book based on the book’s cover. This website sort of proves me wrong, but then again, I’m not out to read books with titles like Organic Chemistry I.
