Yesterday marked a sad day in automotive history as Ford finally produced the last Crown Victoria at its assembly plant in St. Thomas, Ontario.

The “Crown Vic” has been used as a vehicle for law enforcement and taxi and limousine business all over the world but Ford deemed the vehicle too costly to upgrade and bring to modern standards. Still, some call the vehicle Ford’s most profitable and versatile vehicle and just one look at NYC streets will probably tell you that.
