I’m trying to get my hands on this book by Mike Brodie called A Period of Juvenile Prosperity published by Twin Palms Publishers. The book focuses on the faces Mike Brodie saw as he train hopped his way across the United States.

It’s a raw and very real look at the dangers, characters, and freedom one sees when traveling with no real plan in mind. I’ve heard many horror stories of train hopping friends-of-friends and each one makes me both want to do it myself and also never want to do it ever. It’s a weird feeling. But luckily for me, I can live vicariously through Mike Brodie’s images until I get atop a train car.

You can pick up A Period of Juvenile Prosperity now for $65.

More photos of inside if you care to look.
