This is incredibly sweet. A 96-year-old man named Fred Stobaugh wrote a tribute to his deceased wife, Lorraine and sent in the lyrics to a singer-songwriter contest at Green Shoe Studio. Even though Fred’s submission didn’t meet the criteria for the contest, Green Shoe Studio decided to turn the words into song for Fred.

The song is called “Oh Sweet Lorraine” and you can get it on iTunes: Oh Sweet Lorraine (feat. Jacob Colgan & Fred Stobaugh) – Oh Sweet Lorraine (feat. Jacob Colgan & Fred Stobaugh) – Single
