Adobe has finally bundled Lightroom into its Creative Cloud service with the latest Lightroom update (version 6). This new version includes facial recognition, a new photomerge (panorama) mode, a merge to HDR mode, and a bunch of speed enhancements overall.

This is great. Today, Periscope proved useful in getting urgent news out about the East Village explosion. The app is incredibly easy and it’s tied in with Twitter automatically. Smart move.

Serif has released a free beta download of their new image manipulation software for Mac called Affinity Photo.
