That’s Jane’s Carousel, the fully-restored 1922 carousel I posted about earlier. The Wall Street Journal has an entire post dedicated to putting it up in Brooklyn Bridge Park. Looks beautiful!


Come September 16th at Brooklyn Bridge Park a fully-restored carousel made by the Philadelphia Toboggan Company in 1922 will be available for rides along the waterfront. This past Christmas Eve, Spanair surprised a flight full of people at the airport with unexpected luggage at the carousel. As you can see from this professionally produced video, it’s all part of a good-image scheme for the company, and heck, I think it’s working!
