A very peculiar look at the community in Colorado — the heart of so-called “Gun Country” in America — that still is in love with guns even after nearby towns have been affected by some of the worst shootings in America. Personally, I’m in the group that just doesn’t get it.

Philip Bloom filmed this short profile on a man named Pierce from Texas who loves guns and loves talking about them. This piece was filmed on a Red Epic and the slow-motion segments were filmed on a Phantom camera.

This is one video I’ve never seen from reading about the 1992 LA Riots. I had no idea Korean business owners drew guns on the public when their stores were being looted. Pretty crazy video to see.
