The PolyPEDAL Lab at UC Berkeley has found that cockroaches and geckos can go full-speed off of an edge and instantly flip upside down and keep moving. For whatever reason though, cockroaches can’t do this if you shave their legs. Nope, that’s not a joke as you’ll see in the video above. Weird.
